Organization Settings

Organization Settings

Manage your organization's profile and configuration from the Settings page.

Organization Profile

Basic Information

  • Organization Name - Your organization's display name
  • Logo - Upload your logo for use on receipts and emails
  • Brand Colours - These are used to customize default system templates for documents and emails

Tax Registration

Your CRA or ATO registration details. These appear on all tax receipts.

  • CRA Registration Number / ABN
  • Registered Charity Name
  • Registered Address

To update tax registration details, go to Settings > Organization.

Team Management

Manage team members and their access levels.

Roles

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access, can manage billing and delete organization
AdminManage receipts, templates, settings, and team members
MemberCreate and view receipts
ViewerView-only access to receipts and reports

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invitation

They'll receive an email with a link to join your organization.

Billing

Manage your subscription from Settings > Billing.

  • View your current plan
  • See usage metrics
  • Update payment method
  • View invoices

Click Manage Billing to access the full billing portal.
